The apartment is located in a historical building of 19th century, where well-known composers and writers lived. Many movies of famous filmmakers were shot in this house. The house is included on the list of cultural monuments of Georgia. Outdoor view is so beautiful that you will fall in love with it at first site. Sweet Home (family hotel Art-House) is located in the center of Tbilisi, 5 minutes away from Rustaveli Avenue and metro station Liberty square. Stores, restaurants, and bars are 5 minutes away from the apartment as well. On the first floor, there is an Art Gallery of Gamrekeli (artist of Soviet period). The governmental square is located in front of the house, and behind the house, there is an old yard. Each guest becomes a part of this big family, we offer you our assistance of any kind at any possible moment, all you have to do Is ask and we will help you! We organize free tours on the local market, where visitors can buy cheese, churchkhela and famous Georgian spices. The apartment is located on Ingorova Street, close to the beautiful garden of the governmental institution, where every morning the singing birds and the noise of the fountain creates the feeling of being in a mountainous region.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each of which is for rent separately.
Additional paid services: cleaning, tours to plan. The apartment is suitable for both ordinary tourists and people on a business trip.
During check out the guests pay GEL 35 for the cleaning service.
